These are me currently at 182lbs! Started at 189lbs on 3/6/10 and lost the weight with diet alone, on 3/21/10 I plan to kick it into high gear
and add exercise to my plan. I've always been involved in sports so I figure around 20 miles a week on the treadmill and 10 miles a week on the bike is reasonable. I plan on losing most of my weight by December 2010, and I'm feeling very confident!!
I will update pictures every 20lbs(??)
Is that a good number? Will I see a difference?
