My Before Pics

These pics are at 1 week after I started working out. My main goal is for my butt to look big and bootylicious for summertime!. I really want to rock my bikini this year! I also want to get the back of my legs to be firm and smooth, and I want my abs to be a bit more defined. My workout consists of doing 20 mins. cross trainer, walking lunges, squats, and 100 crunches every other day, a little yoga too. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on some really great moves for my butt! I will post more pics in about 3 weeks. Thank you for reading this!

Hold on, you can't get bigger at some spots and smaller at others at the same time. Remember, you can't spot reduce!

Instead of 100 cruches do 3 sets of 15 weight cruches, and incorporate lower ab exercises and oblique exercises for your abs. *removed* and for obliques, twisted crunches or side bends.

For lower body - squats, lunges, deadlifts, good-morning

I'm just giving you a list of a few exercises you can do for the two areas you specifically named, but its not wise to just work on a target area, its best to work all around and perhaps a bit of emphasis on a particular spot. Also you need to read around about working out in general and nutrition because like I said before you won't be able to gain muscle and increase the shape of your body and tone your body to reveal abs at the same time.
