Thank you for your courage
It took a lot of courage to do that, and now you can keep going, courageous in your fight to be fit and healthy. I have lost over 25 kilos and kept it off, so here are a few things that helped me that may be able to help you too.
1. Eat mostly from nature's garden, the food God gave us.
2. Reward yourself for small goals achieved.
3. Pilates is a great way to enjoy exercising, its gentle and highly effective.
4. Never underestimate the force behind momentum and daily action.
