Ok...these are really more like the work in progress photos. I posted on the newbie thread earlier, and I mentioned that I started off at around 159 lbs. and have went down to 151 lbs. on my own little by little. Now I am dedicated to driving into full force! These were taken in my mom's junk room....in my sports bra....eeeeeek! It's a little embarassing as I have tons of stretch marks on my tummy from my two beautiful little boys! I think the lighting was too crappy for them to show in the photo. I apologize for the nippleage....you girls with big boobs know how it goes! Anyway, here they are.

what a beautiful face you have... your mouth and eyes are really lovely...

Much success on getting to where you want to be -I encourage you to start yourself a diary and keep track of your successes and challenges :)

Thanks! Now time to get the body to match! I did try to keep a diary before in a small notebook with details of my food for the day and a little motivational note to myself.....my kids got ahold of it and all the pages got scribbled on...lol! I love the online forums because you don't misplace anything!

Welcome to the community.... you have a great place to start from. Only going to get better from here!

Update!!!!

Hello all! I am happy to report I have lost another pound! Woot woot! Down to 150. That leads to a question! I know weighing yourself should be consistant and the same everytime, but which is the better way to weigh? Clothed or no clothes? I know that in the nude is more accurate because the extra weight of the clothes aren't there (and clothing from day to day can weigh differently), but it's not possible to strip naked when I want to weigh myself on the doctor's scale we have at work in the breakroom! LOL! So how do you guys consistantly check weight?

This is a great question?? And by the way Welcome to the community. I always weigh myself once a week nude and in the morning after I go to the bathroom(sorry for all the info). This is how I track my weight the most accurately. Maybe get a scale from a Target, Bed Bath and Beyond etc....? That way you can weigh yourself @ home and nude. On a final note, I wanted to tell you that you have a very PRETTY SMILE and you are very BEAUTIFUL. Hope to see more pix along the way.:hurray:

Congrats on your loss so far! You seem very motivated and should do really well on your journey. Keep up the great work!

cheers from :eh:

Hey guys! I am happy to report that I am down to 147! Woot woot! I am going to try and find a decent digital cam to take update pictures when I am down to 140. Not too much further to go! That is my first goal...then I am shooting for 125....so hopefully I'll have update pictures soon OR if I find I have lost inches this Sunday, I will try and post some! Thanks for the support!

Way to Go! I know how that feels to be in the weight loss phase, but seeing progress.

I don't check my weight anymore (hardly every). I have a pair of pants that are size 5. When I got back in these, I knew I was at my thinnest.

My sister who is a size 4 and has been for the past 25 years (she's in her 40's) she told me she NEVER buys bigger clothes. When her size 4's get snug, she cuts back for a week and she's good to go! I have been doing this lately, and it really works! This way you never let it get out of control once you meet your goal weight. Throw out all of your big clothes and NEVER plan to get in them again:)

146!

I've lost another pound....146! My jeans are not any looser in the waist though :( I am losing in my limbs, mostly the thighs! I always tend to do that. The "trunk" area is my personal problem area. I'll probably have to be down in the 130's before I actually shrink in the waist....lol. Oh well, as long as I keep it up, all is good!

UPDATE with photos

Hey all! It's been a long time since I've logged on, but I have kept up with the weight loss. I got down to 135 around January, then we moved about 900 miles and I slacked on the working out for a month or so. I've been working out again for a few weeks using Jillian Michaels' 5 disc set of The Biggest Winner and I've seen a lot more definition in my arms and shoulders. I've gone from a size 11/12 to a 7/8 and am thrilled to be where I am. I'll continue the work and hopefully get somewhere in the 120's or a size 5/6....that's the size I would LOVE to be and with more muscle deifinition. I guess I'll have to upgrade to 8 pound dumbells soon....eeeeeek!!! Anyway, here's some shots I took today and let me know what you think (it's very encouraging!).

DAMN girl..you look great:) I'm glad that you got back on track...your be at your goal soon!! Keep up all the good work:)

beautiful face! awesome work! how tall are you, your body looks similar to mine, I'm 5'2" at 143-144

thanks for the inspiring pics!

WOW....you ALMOST LOOK like another WOMAN....your FACE was BEAUTIFUL b4 but NOW you are SMOKING HOT....Can't wait to SEE "less" of YOU at your GOAL!....YOU're BACK and MUSCLES are REALLY starting to DEFINE....GREAT JOB!

Thanks guys! This is the stuff that's motivating and it's so worth it! To one of the posters with a similar body shape, I am about 5' 2 and a half inches, so wow, very similar! My focus is to get back on track with eating....it was so easy with the husband in another state (he loves junk!), so now that we're back under the same roof, it's challenging!
