My before n in btw pics

well, so here it goes..i have been a silent reader all these while but looking at these amazing pics n transformation, i decided that i have n should do something abt it..so i have decided to put up the pictures n to welcome any comments that i could benefit n improve on...maybe a little intro wld be good, i am 30 yr mother of 2, and working & living in Singapore. I have been reading with interest regarding the diet part esp but honestly some of the parts on the diet, i will need to do a lot of tweaking as us here Asian we don't eat a lot of the western food, or they could be more expensive..but it can still be done..wif more soup, maybe??

ok here are some of pictures..here goes....I have never done this before displaying my pictures for public..esp the not so nice ones..:angelsad2:

The 1 - was taken sometime Jan or Feb this yr- 2 was taken just last week and the 3rd was my before picture. The only nice picture of myself that I can find before I had my 2nd baby.

As you can see from my pictures (or not), not too sure, my problem areas are my hips n thighs n butt n new problem area the back of the arms..I have a very heavily pear shape and sometimes confused abt what the right workouts or any work out i should avoid..Any comments on anything is much appreciated..thanks in advance..

You look absolutely lovely; such a beautiful smile! I wonder how much weight you want to lose, how tall you are, and what (if any) method you are planning to use? This forum is a wonderful place for encouragement and also info from folks who are well on their way, or have already lost their extra weight and are into maintenance.

To answer to your questions, I am about 165cm ( 5'5) and abt 72kg right now..My weight was 63 to 65kg before pregnancy. So I hope (want) to be at that weight or 60kg would be WONDERFUL...I do work outs at home. Will wake up at 5.30am on most days, so depends on my morning, some days it will be denise austin - bootcamp or the firm or tae bo - cardio..for diet wise, i have excluded rice especially for dinner, so no rice, will just take the vege n fruits. And I try not to take white bread too..But I have been eating plenty of chinese soup n I make lots of soup at home on weekends, like those chinese soups.

My problem is i am really a classic pear shape. So i have lost some of the weight but most of it is gone from my chest :(. My bum is still big, and so is the back of my arms..I have been doing variety of kickboxing, cardio and of cos weights as well. I can only do work outs at home and in the mornings for weekdays...

I know that this forum will be good for me as I can see plenty of aspiring BEFORE n AFTER pictures of the ppl here..so I hope to be in the AFTER one day..
