Hey everyone, I'm sure no one in here remembers me but I posted here a few times a couple years ago. I was working on a weight loss plan that eventually failed because of the excessive amounts of drinking and fast food in college, leading me to gain a lot of it back. After this past semester, I decided enough was enough and that I would actually commit to the lifestyle change and stick with it. I've been exercising regularly, eating much better and I've cut soda out of my diet completely. It feels much better now that I'm actually committing to a change rather than losing the weight to just go back to the weight I was beforehand.
Here are some pics.
My sister and me Christmas Eve 2008. ~310 lbs
Homecoming Fall semester 2011 ~260 lbs
Friend's 21st early March 2012 ~270 lbs
Most recent. My sister and me after her engagement. Taken August 10. ~227 lbs
My current goal right now is around 190. I'm feeling confident about it but I'm also a little worried about being back at school in a week or so where there's a lot of drinking and fast food is a lot easier and cheaper than preparing a nice meal. I'm going to start going to they gym there so hopefully that motivates me to make the right decisions and not just completely let myself go again. Thanks for looking!
