Hey everyone well I just came by this website I started my weight loss about 2 months ago at about 180 or a little over not to bad my I set my goal to 145 by aug which so far seems fair. I was finaly sick of not being able to even walk a mile anymore without thinking i was gonna die after I got out of the army i swear i went on a year long mcdonalds and computer diet well now that i am half way there i just wanted to share some pictures and my progress as i hope the 2nd half goes as great as the first! Didnt think anything of pictures so my before ones arent the best but they are ok!

Now taken today with 15 pounds to go ish just want to lose the last bit of stub belly fat X_X then time to muscle bulk!
 
Well so far my diet im keeping my cal range about 1500-1900 depending on what im doing for the day etc my real goal is to lose my belly fat while not losing any muscle maybe gain some but that seems pretty tough at the same time for obvious reasons starting to see some nice tone tho will have to get some new pics. I lift 2-3 days a week and run for about an hour 5 days a week if my run day falls on my lift day i just lift in the am and run in the pm.

How many more pounds you think ill have to lose to get rid of the midsection fat?

What midsection fat?!?! From where I'm sitting...I don't see any! I think you look fantastic, keep it up!

Well starting a fresh week im down again to 156 now im kind of at lost what i should do now i have been losing fat noticably fast im on a pretty healthy 1800 calorie diet give or take 200ish depending on my workout for that day. I am lost at what i should do now as many ppl tell me i shouldnt lose anymore weight but personaly i still have some fat in the stomach mostly love handles? New photos from this week to go by. I guess maybe aim for like 150 right now the start lifting more weights?
 
Update

Some new pics for the week almost a month down started at 171 currently at 157 woohoo got a body fat % test today says i was 18% and that i should aim for 14% so gonna shoot to lose another 10lbs ish see if that stubborn little belly fat goes down a bit more!

your doing really well!! we have the same body type and i hear what your saying about the little bit of hip and lower belly fat. what have you found to be the best way to target that area? keep it up!!
