Hey everyone well I just came by this website I started my weight loss about 2 months ago at about 180 or a little over not to bad my I set my goal to 145 by aug which so far seems fair. I was finaly sick of not being able to even walk a mile anymore without thinking i was gonna die after I got out of the army i swear i went on a year long mcdonalds and computer diet well now that i am half way there i just wanted to share some pictures and my progress as i hope the 2nd half goes as great as the first! Didnt think anything of pictures so my before ones arent the best but they are ok!
