My Before....Current....and Progress Thread

New around here but not new to the weight loss game. I started off at 18 years old at 5'10" and 135lbs, by the time I was 22 I was 5'10" and 240lbs :cry: I got back in the gym and got back down to 180lbs by the time I was 24 and over the years I slowly creeped back up to 215lbs which is my Before picture at 32 years old. My Current picture is actually several months old but I've pretty much maintained that weight at 190lbs. I lost 30lbs in 3 months using P90X and it worked great but due to my situation right now I can't do P90X. I've decided to begin doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with running and a good diet, not perfect but good :blush5:

I will try to post pics every Sunday night from here on out until I have a 6-pack....which could make this thread excessively long :rotflmao: My inspiration is you guys. Looking at this forum and seeing the progress pics has made me want to kick it in high gear. Thanks!
