My before and inbetween

Hi all, I've been lurking around this forum for a while and I decided i'd post my before and inbetween,
My before picture I was around 245 pounds, and I'm now at 200, I want so bad to get under this 200! its like i'm hitting a wall, anyways, my goal weight is 150 pounds, and i'm 5'8!

I'd just like to say everyones so inspirational on here, I go on here if I'm wanting to snack, and instead drink some water and look at before and afters. haha :)
p.s: I thought i'd do the painful and throw a picture up on here of the not so pretty times, i've been looking at other before and afters and seeing other people with my body type helps alot, so! Here goes :p

Maybe you guys can't see a difference! But all I know is that double chins getting smaller :) Hahaha.

Hi Samantha, just take one day at a time and keep drinking your water and come on this forum when you want to snack, lol.

You look fantastic! That's one thing that sucks for me with being short the weight shows everywhere! But not with you! Keep up the good work!

Wow! You do NOT look like you weigh 200 lbs! You are 5 inches taller than me and 150 is also my goal weight! You look great :)
 
HOLY SHIT. There is no way you are only 200 pounds. You look freakin' amazing already! Congrats on the weight loss - you should be so proud of what you have already accomplished! Seriously, I'm so shocked at how great you look!!!

Hi.. We've got similar goals, I'm 5'7 or 5'8.. You definitely look smaller then 200 lbs... Sure your scale isn't wrong? Hehe...

What size Jeans are you wearing?

FABULOUS work... You are seriously gorgeous, and I love the shirt.
 
thanks angel, My issue is i'm wider than I am thicker, if that makes sense. i'm wearing size 14 jeans. :( bah.

Size 14? Thats right on the edge to lean skinniness! Thats what I'm wavering between now.. 14 and 12.

Thank goodness I don't have to look at the 17's and 19's anymore..You either... We're quite close in weight I proclaim a party!

For me its easy to forget how far I've come and not celebrate a little thing like size 14 jeans! Don't get too 'bah' about it :)

You and I are in the exact same boat! I'm 5'8 as well and started out at 232 now I'm 200. Seems like its taking forever to get under it! What have you been doing for work outs and eating? My goal weight is also the same as yours!

You defiantly look a lot smaller than 200 pounds!

hey alex! I know its tough hey! but keep with it, My diet is basically as follows:
small portions, I have special k in the morning with a green tea, or two slices of weight watchers toast with one poached egg, for lunch I usually have a salad and dinner is salmon and rice and vegetables or chicken! haha.. pretty boring but whatever works right, for snacks I have a huge costco sized bag of cinnamon hearts, its like 50 calories for thirty pieces and I just have a few every now and then when i'm craving something sweet.. I started jogging when it was summer outside for five km, at first it was walking but then I got to jogging in the morning, hoping to join the army and the 5 km was the requirement, and I did a 20 minute pilate workout dvd at home at night, now that its terribly cold out i'm just going to the gym four times a week jogging and weight training, What about you? whats your diet and workout regieme like??

I just started my weight loss journey again. Finally got my butt back to the gym after saying I wanted to for the past month. Good news is im back:) Ive focused mostly on cardio.. I do about 2 hours which is around 900+ calories burned per work out. I have a friend that comes to the gym with me and is definatly the one who keeps me motivated. Tomorrow we may try a class together, kinda scared but hey mines well:) My eating is not perfect just yet. Ive cut out all fast food and have been eating bran buds with 3 strawberries and soy almond milk instead of normal milk. A snack would be something like an apple or protein bar then lunch is normally a salad or some rice with chicken. I try and switch it up I find having a bigger meal at lunch is best so I try to have my rice and chicken than and then my salad for supper. Which ever works best. And tons and tons of water. Tomorrow I think I might do an extra hour of cardio in the morning than go to the gym at night. I really want to get out of the 200 it feels like ive been here for to long.. I am trying my best not to cheat, when I do feel the urge to eat junk I remind myself that I have had plenty of that before thats how ive become over weight and that I can do without. Normally I forget even having the craving :) Anyways if you have any advice or information on what I may be doing wrong feel free to help me out!
