Hi All!

Here is my weight loss progress pictures, thought I put them in here to motivate myself! I went from 210lbs down to 160lbs. My target is to get down to 120. I'm 5"2 only;-)
It took me about a year, I would loose some weight and then relax and just maintain it and then loose some more, but now for the last 40 I'm giving myself a deadline by the end of the summer because I'll be going on my holidays and want to be a hottie:sifone:

The best support and motivation I ever gotten was from this site. so thank you all and good luck!

Thank you all so much! Your comments mean a lot to me and give even more motivation to stick to my plan
Yeah my walking sneaks allways there;-) Ireland man, we get rain pretty much every day and as I would walk home from work every evening my feet would be soaking....
:seeya:

Awesome transformation! Man you look really good in that second picture. Very cute. Great job! Keep at it. Slowly but surely. All you can do is work hard every week and whether you lose 40 lbs by the end of summer or only 15 pounds it will be a success and you will look even better.

WOW!!!! You said you want to be a HOTTIE for your holidays. Well let me tell you girl, your looking pretty HOT now.

Great job. keep it up. That last 40 should be no problem for you.

Thank you so much!
All i did was eating healthily, counting calories and walking.
My menu for example would be:
Breakfast: Bran Flakes wih skimmed milk or wholewheat toast with sctrumbled egg whites and green tea
S: Fruit
L: Brown rice or legumes and chicken fillet or salmon
D: Greens salad with fat free dressing and again chicken, tuna or whatever portion of lean protein.
And if i would feel hungry later on I'd have slice of cheese before bed and I try have no carbs in the evenings.
And I would walk daily for 1,5 hours and now will be starting resistance training
So thats pretty much it!

Great job, you look fantastic already... and that's only going to get better. You must be so proud and excited.

Good for you!

Thank you so much for your comments. I am proud actually, I have tried so many different diets before and always failed and as a result put on more weight that I would loose, so frustraiting.
To me by eating healthy and exercising is the only way to loose weight permanently and keep it off.
After I reach my goal weight next step kick that smoking for good too:sifone:

Good luck with kicking the smoking.

It a great feeling being free from the bonds of the smoke.

I quit 4 months ago and haven't look back since. I did have a little help from the Doc thou. I just finished my last pill yesterday morning. So from here on out I'm on my own.

Hi GreyGhostHunter thanks for your input and well done for giving up smoking! i remember I decided to give up smoking last year and bought this book by Alan Carr 'The easy way to give up smoking' was readung it for 2 days and not smoking but when I got to 1 chapter he wrote 'I advise you not to give up smoking untill you finish this book'!! I was delighted to read that and headed right to my kitchen to light one up:sifone: So haven't done it yet, but as soon as my goal weight is reached that will be my next step!
