well not really after as i havent finished :)

went from 8 stone with 10 inch arms when i started to current weight of just over 200 lbs - 17 inch arm , calves and neck



the very bottom pic is my missus who went from being anorexic with a few months to live to the healthy woman she is now at 52 kg - she dedlifts 115kg , and does chins and dips with weights hanging off her :)

benched 150kg yesterday after being sick over weekend and not benching for a while - chuffed with that - have told everyone exept the cat . . .



hes more into the olympic lifts

ah sorry - gym i used to train in was all pounds but now im all kg's


got 220kg on deadlifts for four reps recently after my squat workout where i maxed out at about 180 kg but i go superdeep so bar almost touches saftey bars in rack


220kg = 484
180kg = 396

i do a power day every few days of just squats and deads - sometimes 5 sets of 5 , other times just singles if i feel strong - other times just go ligth and do loads of sets - i go by how i feel on this

hope to get another pic done soon - had reached my heaviest there but hadnt been well at the weekend which threw me a bit and i dropped a few pounds


funny when i started training i was told i was too skinny to be lifting weights :)

yeah , its funny when i bump into guys from school who are no bald and so fat they cant see their man weapon yet ive gradually improved each year and still kept a full had of hair

guys that i sat next to in a class of 5 or 6 in my later years have struggled to recognise me
