I would have never before think of showing these pics but many of you that have posted yours have been inspiring to myself, I've officially started my journey! In the last pictuce I was around 150 where I want to get back too,this was a few years ago. I'm the one on the far right.

I was 198 when I started so just a pound more than you. I'm at 165 now. It's been tough but, so worth it, if I can do it you can to! Keep at it, don't give up!!!!!

You won't regret it.
