Hi!I have been coming here for a while now,and all the stories here are so inspirational.
Finally have the courage to post some pics =)
I was around 196 lbs(89 kgs) in August 10' but I actually started taking care of my eating habits only in October 10'
I don't really get a lot of high intensity exercise,but I walk a lot,and I do yoga a few times a week.
I was around 180 lbs(82 kgs) in January 11'
Right now,I weigh in at 165.5 lbs(75.2 kgs).
Ideally,I would like to be around 145 -150 lbs (65-68 kgs)
Btw,I am 18 years old,and my height is around 5'10"
