My Back

Although I don't have any back pain I have a terrible problem with it cracking a lot. Everytime I streighten up it cracks, it can't be good :\

How can I avoid this and how can I improve my posture?
 
i advise you to go see a physical therapist.

he'll/she'll know how to help you with the posture exercises aswell as the cracking probably
 
my back cracks like crazy! i move in any direction and it cracks practically. but i cant stop doing it...does your back hurt at all? and let me know if you end up seeing a doc bc I am thinking about going finally.
