My arm workout.

Hey guys I was hoping you might be able to give me some advice on my workout, I feel it's pretty well rounded. I just wanna make sure Im hitting everything I should and see if I could make some improvements.

Close Grip Bench 2x10
Standing Tricept Extension 2x8-10
Curls (Wide and Standard grip) 2x10 & 2x10
Preacher Curl 2x10
Reverse Curl 4x10
Wrist Curls 4x10
Reverse Wrist Curls 4x10

This is my most common workout I will usually throw in some skull crushers or something else in place of a tri exercise. Also one final question is one day of rest in between arm workouts enough.
 
one day of rest is ok between most arm workouts but not that one. That is a very heavy and long workout for just your arms. Try to do it less often or split it up over a 2 day period.
