My Adventure to lose 80 lbs.

I'm 23, going on 24 soon. Been overweight for a while, I'm tired of it. 5' 11"

I started going to the gym around 3 days a week in November, now up to 4 days a week for about an hour each time. My pulse is around 150-170 while I work out.

Limiting myself to around 1800 Calories a day. Often I will have around 1400. Small bowl of Cereal in the morning, subway or quiznos for lunch, no dressing. Small Frozen dinner. 80-100 ounces of water a day.

I gained a little weight around the holidays but its long gone now.

November 22nd - 263 LBS

December 3rd - 261 LBS

December 18th - 259 LBS

January 3rd - 266 LBS

January 14th - 267 LBS

January 28th - 265 LBS

Febuary 4th - 263 LBS

Febuary 12th - 261 LBS

Febuary 20th - 260 LBS

Febuary 26th - 257 LBS
 
March 5th - 253LBS
March 12th - 251LBS



trending in the right direction I guess. Lost 2lbs this week, weighed myself before breakfast. Lost 4lbs the week prior. I'm fine with 2lbs a week, shooting for 249 next friday. Right now I'm on the treadmill daily for 65minutes which equates to around 500 calories showing as burned on the computer thing.
