Okay, so I just found this website, and I've been reading around. It's great! I am making this thread to keep my weight loss motivation up (which hasn't been too much of a problem, but this should be fun nevertheless).
A couple weeks ago I got an acai supplement trial, and since taken it, I just have more energy and wake up feeling great. I am not sure if the acai has what has allowed me to lose 12 lbs in 2 weeks, but it has certainly been an indirect cause of it, that's for sure!
In case you are wondering, the supplement is [Spam removed] .
My every day plan is eat like I usually eat, make sure to take an acai supplement at night, and the next morning I feel fresh. I feel like I want to lose weight, then I'll go for a walk every day or every other day. It's pretty crazy, since I've tried to go on millions of diets and failed each time. I am still in shock after 2 weeks that I've been able to do this.
So Day 1: 161 lbs
Now Day 15: 149 lbs
My goal for Day 22 is to get down to the low 140s. Here's hoping I can make it!
