Thought i would post some pics from when im starting my workouts/healthy eating. I would say that im in okay shape to start from, the army doesnt let you get too bad off. Im 5'10" 175 lbs. My goals are to basically improve my size and be defined. I really want a 6 pack, havent had one of those in years. Hopefully this helps. Feel free to comment with anything advice or comments. Thanks
