Weight-Loss Must Haves in the Refrigerator/Pantry?

So, what are the foods that you must have around you, in the fridge or pantry?

For me, I like to always have bananas, a fresh baguette, reduced fat cheez-its, oatmeal, cheerios, 1% milk, and dannon fat-free smoothies (70 calories-- so yummy!) Those are just a few of the foods that I eat on a daily basis.

What about you guys?
 
I always have to have baby carrots, celery, onions, tomatos, cucumbers and green peppers. If I don't have those I go kinda crazy.
 
bags and bags of frozen veggies
fresh fruit and veggies
fresh/frozen turkey and chicken(the poor little critters)
salad fixins
some type of fairly low calorie non sugared cereal
1% milk
wheat bread
fresh eggs

sorry so long just figured I'd print out my grocery list while i was at it lol....
 
Romaine lettuce
tomatoes
RED ONIONS...love 'em!!! stir fried or raw on things MMMMMMM
strawberries
12 grain bread
low fat granola bars
fat free butter spray
Baked Tostitos
salsa
 
wheat bread
Peanut Butter
oatmeal with milk
orange juice
Apples
Cellery
Tuna
Pickles
Sourkrout
mustard


Im a real sandwhich guy i guess.
