Must Accomplish 1 Goal Each Day Club

So I really like making daily goals for myself regarding eating, working out, family, work or whatever. The thing is I often do not accomplish the goals I make or forget about them all together.

so this is a club where we can list 3 goals for the day, and later state whether we kept our word to ourselves.

I hope to get a few people in on this, it helps to motivate and encourage one another!!!!!!!!
 
My 3 goals for January 30 are:

1. weight train at a level 7 or higher
2. drink 14 glasses of water or more
3. spend at least 5 minutes in 1 on 1 time with each of my staff at work.
 
as I've said often - it takes 28 days to build a habit - 28 days of consistent behavior.. to get that habit built so it's no longer work but - a habit :) why not focus on one goal at a time.... rather than overwhelm yourself with trying to do 3 things at once...

building one habit at a time is much easier to concentrate on than 3 :D
 
Thanks Mal for your input. You are correct about building habbits, I'm just looking for support in working on small goals for the day, not neccessarily a habit. they do not have to be weight related exactly.
