Ok I had never heard of this exercise, called a "muscle up" till I asked you guys about the "real world" workouts and yall reffered me to the site where I discovered what it was...and...i thought i was in shape...tried one...and felt beyond pathetic
...and i was wondering how many of you can do them, and if theres anything worthwhile to do to help build up to it? Thanks!
