Muscle training in the morning?

So, I usually exercise at night by doing some weights and then taking a run.
I wanted to start running in the morning shortly after I wake up and I didn't want to cut out any weights.
Would it be okay for me to lift weights in the morning on an empty stomach after my run?
I asked a couple of people and they tell me it probably isn't too good but they weren't sure.

Lift before you run. If you are trying to build muscle, you want your best energy going into the weights, so you can lift heavier or do more reps.

Lifting weights on a fasted state isn't really optimal. You can do it, for sure, but performance may suffer a little.

If you have some carbs before your workout that can help you a little. Doesn't really have to be much, it could be something like 25 - 30g of carbs and 20g protein (having protein isn't really that necessary, but I would recommend you do get some either pre-workout or post-workout.)

It would be better if you do the weight lifting first, that way you aren't worn-down by the running. Again, you can do it the other way if you want. It's just not really 'optimal' (it won't have a major effect either, so if you can't don't worry too much).

What you could do, and what I would recommend, however, is doing your running fasted, and then take some quick pre-workout before your weight lifting (it can be something like a banana + a protein shake, for example. If you can tolerate it, you could use some milk too for some quick carbs + protein).
