muscle loss?

I workout on a treadmill about an hour a day on average. Lately I've noticed that i'm losing muscle definition and my workouts are getting more difficult. I'm wondering if I could be over-training or if anyone has any idea what else might be causing this... I eat pretty healthily and take multivitamins and all that... I do get very little sleep, maybe my muscles aren't getting time to recover? If it is overtraining, how do I correct the problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I'm at a loss as to what I should do. Thanks!

Same Here!

I had that same issue! This past semester at school I would go running every day for about 50 minutes. At first I saw an increase in my strength and muscle definition, then after a while everything started to decline. I was also not getting enough sleep, who does in college? At the beginning of summer I made it my mission to change my habits to see if it would make a difference. Although I was already eating regularly, I started taking supplements, something I had not been doing. I started Recovsport by Stolle Wellness this past May. That, combined with getting a good nights sleep, has made a huge difference in my energy levels and I’ve regained my muscle definition. I would definitely suggest you trying it out, and adding a couple of hours to your daily sleep cycle.

Hope this helped!

In short, you really need to start lifting weights. Muscles are very "use it or lose it", and running alone doesn't exactly work those muscle like they need to be worked.
