muscle loss?

I have been feeling like crap last night and today. I have a fever right now so Im going to skip my workout for today and possibly thursday. Will this have any impact on my muscle size? I guess what Im asking is how fast do you loose muscle? thanks
 
I feel your pain. I was sick last week and had to take 2 days off to recover. It was the best thing I could have done. My body appreciated the time off from lifting and I got much better. When I got back to the gym I was still a bit ill, but my max had actually gone up from the rest! Take the time off, a couple days wont hurt, it may help.
 
Taking a little bit of time off every now and then wont hurt. On the other hand how long does it take to lose muscle?!?
