What Im trying to explain is that my muscles are no longer getting pumped when I do a workout. Theyre becoming more and more flabby. Im 16 years old. I use to go to the gym and do a workout- you know, pump up my muscles. Now, they seem to get hard during workout, but they return after the exercise to a mushy state, and then at night they become slightly weaker. This happend about a week ago, before that i felt completly fine, would have a muscle pump even after the workout.

yes i know that, its the fact that i was really tone and it seemed like it all went away over a weekeed which sounds strange

I remeber drinking soda again for the first time but i didnt have like 20, but it was also when i ran out of protine shake which was last sunday, and that monday is when i felt my bicep and tricep really mushy.
This has also happend once before about 4 months ago but i never bothered to find out the cause of it, now its really bothering me.

Skeletal muscle tissue is something like 70% water. When exercising, waste products and lactic acid are produced in the muscle cell. This is commonly referred to as "the pump", and it eventually leads to muscular failure. The amount of lactic acid in the muscle tissue is proportionate to the amount of cortisol released into the muscle tissue. It is the cortisol that actually tears down muscle tissue in the human body. Following this occurrence, the body will adapt by repairing the muscle tissue to its previous state and then growing a slightly greater quantity of muscle tissue than the body had previous to the workout. Are you sure it isn't just psychological?
