Muscle Building Tips

Hello there im new to this forum and i would like some tips im a 170cm 64kg Female im tall and slim and when i starte exercising my weight was only 58 because i was only on the treadmill all the time but now i use the stairmaster and 1kilo and a half weights for toning my arm and my weight is 64 now is this normal or do i need to lose weight? because i want to build up muscle and make my armed toned and butt rouner any tips please? also my weight stopped decreasing when i started lifting weights
 
Wouldn't worry about the slight weight gain. Muscle weighs more than fat and more than nothing. If you like the way you look and feel keep it up.
