Muscle Building Snacks

Almonds. If I'm in a rush, I just grap a gerth-sized fistful of almonds and eat them in the car. They fill you up - probably because of the calorie content. Plus they give you good fats and a good amount of protein.
 
nuts, pop top cans of tuna, protein shakes, fruit, etc

bars are usually poor quality and should be just used here and there.
