Multi Gym Exercises

I have read some of the stickies but still need advice I think

I bought a multi gym and wondered if someone could point me to some exercise instructions

I have started out by using 36KG weights for most exercises and I do 50 lifts, leg, biceps exercise and so on. The only exception is the rowing exercise when I put the weight up to 50kg.

I need to know if its better to reduce the weight and do more lifts

I used to be a lorry driver delivering alcohol to shops a lot of the work was carrying drink into cellars and store rooms. I now do long distance and hardly do any carrying, my stomach has been growing rapidly. I recently had to carry a large TV downstairs that was a piece of cake to carry upstairs a few years ago!

I thought about buying a cycle but live in the middle of town so nowhere to ride it unless I bolt it onto the back of my car

I do some walking when I can.
