hey peeps and peepettes,
ive been confused for a while now, and been listening to too many people tell me too many things. So its all down to you.
im in the process of "getting fit".
my quibble is the amount of pressups and pullups.
i really enjoy doing lots of these exercises, up to 1000 pressups a day, and my chest and shoulders are looking a lot better.
There are 2 groups of people shouting at me though, on 1 hand 2 of my mates have been doing 1000 pressups and situps every day for a few months now and they have put some serious muscle on.
but some mates are telling me that i should do 3 days a week max, and all exercise in about 20 minutes. As my body needs at least a day to rest and build the muscle. I could believe this, but how are my 2 friends doing extreme amounts everyday still packing on the muscle??
what should i believe? and what are the pro's and cons of each?
if possible id like to continue sets every day.
set me straight!!!!
