Motivational problems

So, I am not new to this community. I have been around here for about a year or two, if I recall.

Since then, I gained alot of muscle mass during the winter season. I was confident, happy, and overall motivated to push myself. Following that, after my final tennis season (since I graduated high school), I figured I would take a break and enjoy the summer. What I didn't realize though is that senioritis kicked in for both my academics AND my training.

It was early June since I lifted. I go lifting once every week, but obviously I wont see gains since I went back to eating crap and not training often. It's hard to motivate me since I need to work to support my family, seeing as an accident roughly a year and a half ago has brought my dad out of work and us into near poverty.

These negative emotions have dropped my confidence and my motivation is still low, despite that senioritis is all gone.

How do I remotivate myself? I can't seem to want it anymore, even though I need it, since by this upcoming summer (hopefully), I will get certification through the ACSM for personal training, and continue college to get my Dual Certification in Physical and Health Education. Can anyone give me tips that I can use?
