"Motivational" Pictures

A while back I used to cut the pictures from Muscle & Fitness (i think) magazine and would hang them up for "motivation". I'm sure you know the ones I'm talking about. They are normally all black & white photos of some intense scene in a gym and had a caption like "No Excuses" or something along those lines. I hope I don't sounds crazy. I am just trying to figure out if there is a repository or a place where i may be able to download/print them. Anybody have any idea what i am talking about?

Motivational when you realize that he was 92 years old at the time (and plans to swim the Catalina Channel for his 95th birthday).
 
Id put my pen1s up but i think thats more demotivating for you people, you will be ashamed of yourselves and probably quit life.
