Motivation

Ive been a lurker for a while. Finally joined in on Friday and posted for the first time today. Its hard when you have two kids and two jobs to manage to juggle all that and still have time to do things for yourself. I finally decided that I am and have put a goal of loosing around 40 pounds. :D So Hopefully i can read a lot about fitness and dieting and start myself.

I find that going to Yahoo's image search and typing in "fat man" and then "skinny man" really helps motivate me. I tend toward the thin end of the spectrum but like I read somewhere else here on the forum I am a "fat" skinny and it is all orbiting my belly button :( . I really don't want to be fat or skinny so I work out with weights, inline skate and chase tennis balls.
