motivation

Hmm, I'd also have to say the mirror is my best friend and worst enemy. It helps me stay on track and can make me feel gross all at the same time. Still, on days when I feel sluggish or am beating myself up over not being where I want to be, or something I ate that I shouldn't have, then I get in a workout to feel a bit better. Finally, this might sound a little mean, but seeing so many overweight fellow american's usually reminds me of where I DON'T want to be. Yes, I realize people are people and everyone has feelings and is free to live their life the way they want to, but I can't imagine why you would want to put your body at risk for health problems that way. Anyway, hope you are finding the help you are looking for! Have a good day.

this might work...

I look in the mirror.

Same here. If things look like I've improved, that keeps me motivated. If I've been slacking and look like I've taken a step backwards, that gets me motivated!!

I also find photographs motivate me. Last time I took some, I didn't feel like my body composition had changed much but, then I compared them to some previous photos and the difference amazed me!!

always motivating when someone you see everyday, says " woah, ur gettin bigger " or something like that :) plus i wanna be huge, so i can bully ppl around lol

gotta agree with you cept on the last part :D Yeah when people around me give me compliments like that it makes you feel good. sometimes I think that they are noticing that since my sideshow bob hair is gone that that's what they are noticing. maybe my body looks bigger because the focus isn't on my big hair anymore:D LOL try to keep yourself motivated and good luck with anything you do
