Hey dont be sad over what you are doing. Just say to yourself i can do it. Oh yes you can. Secondly, i have a great piece of advice that i give to everybody i see on the forum to be motivated. Just paste some great diet charts and sexy figured people on your wall and cupboard than listen to great aerobic music and bring on some good machines home and stock them up around you. This environment really works great.
You can do it, shernanigans. Do you get the same satisfied feeling after working out that I do? This feeling alone keeps me going back, even on nights when I initially feel like skipping. Stay strong!
So many of us get derailed because we actually fear the success! Take it one day at a time. Had a bad day? Oh well, on to the next. Say something positive to yourself, and keep connecting with us! We are all here to help each other. WE GOT THIS!
The process of losing weight is a motivation killer but you should still go through with it. Don't let the scale discourage you, if your eating right and exercising you're in the right direction. #goodluck
