Motivation advice needed

AHi There , I'm new to this site and looking for support and advice to help shift some weight and get fit ..

I am running , gym , weights etc when i can , as work 5 days a week ...so fitting it in is a challenge ..
i have a Tm at home and various weights and Kbs and belong to a gym with pool to ..

The thing I'm struggling with is , I'm tired in the evening and have little motivation to go out and train at night , so i try every other day to run , 30 min on my Tm at home , interval the last 15 min , then go to work , then if get chance swim later after work time permitting ..

what I'm saying i guess is I'm a little lost and need motivation .....

anyone els feel same ..

Welcome to the forum! Have you thought of starting a journal in the weight loss diary section? Many on the forums find that having people checking in on you and giving you encouragement can keep you motivated along the way!
