hey, I don't know what kind of music you listen to, but I need rock/metal music, anything that sounds "mad" it keeps me going, sometimes rap but I find that the beat is too slow in most songs, also it sounds weird but I listen to military cadences ( they're songs that the army/marines/ anyone military listens too when they run to pace themselves and work on breathing.) If i'm having an off day and can't keep the right pace thats usually what I listen too.

heres a few:

anything by alexisonfire thats faster paced
crossfade- colors
crossfade- cold
anything rise against
three doors down- changes
any songs by Disturbed
any songs by linkin park

I think it depends on what you like to listen too.

I'm another rock person. I find that there are several songs from my teenage years really get me going - I think it takes me back to that time and I feel carefree and I'm so focused on remembering how I felt then that I'm not focused on the running/elliptial etc. With that said:

Van Halen - David Lee Roth era
Tesla
AC/DC
Motley Crue
Lenny Kravitz
White Stripes
The Killers
Jay-Z/Alicia Keys - Empire State of Mind (my most recent fav)
