Hello everyone. My name is Kelly, I'm 18 years old, and I'm motivated to get into great shape!
I started my workout plan and healthy eating lifestyle a little over one week ago. I'm 5'1" and I weighed 120 pounds. Since I started eating right and exercising I've lost 2 pounds (water weight, I'm sure), and I'm excited to keep going!
I'm a very petite, pear shaped person. I have a tiny upper body and waist, and all my extra weight is in my hips, butt and thighs. I'm tired of looking so unproportional, having noticeable cellulite and just not feeling comfortable in my own skin. I'm also commiting to eating healthier because I believe my diet plays a large role in my acne, and I want to fight that too!
I'm hoping to be down to 100 pounds in a few months time, which is a healthy weight for my height and build. Though I realize with weight training I will probably be gaining muscle and might not reach my set goal. It's really just a base, and I'll adjust from here. So far I've been cutting out sugar and saturated fats from my diet, while eating lots of fruits, vegetables and lean meats (skinned chicken, fish). As for exercise, I've been running, pilates and weight training everyday for one hour.
Any other suggestions are welcome. And wish me luck!!
