Hello ~ My name is Liz Northcutt and I am new to this forum. I have been a trainer for 20 years and I am a happy, healthy mother of 2 beautiful children (ages 5 and 11). I have also invented a children's health and fitness board game called Lunch Box. I love to volunteer and help coach my children's sports interests.
