Sport Most effort I ever put into making a diet. Comments please!!!

Alright, well. This is my diet for the apparent 2 hours of weights/cardio/other activities I plan to do.

Meal 1 :

x1 banana
x1 250mL milk
x1 100g Brown Rice
x1 Fish oil tablet

Meal 2:

x1 Oatmeal with cinnamon
x1 250mL milk
x1 Apple
x1 multi-vitamin supplement

Meal 3:

x1 500mL homeade meal shake (milk, banana, apple blend)

Meal 4:

x1 Sandwhich (bread, cottage cheese, blackforest ham)
x1 fish oil tablet

Meal 5:

x6 egg whites
x1 250mL milk

Meal 6:

x2 fried fish fillets
x1 multi-vitamin tablet

or


x1 whole fried chicken breast
x1 250mL milk

356g ~ carbohydrates
100g~ protein
81g~ fat

Critisizim would be greatly appreciated.

My workout would be between 4pm - 6pm.

I plan to do 1rpm neuromuscular strenght training, as well as about 45 minutes of full out cardio and dashes. Maybe even hit the bag a few times, also swimming. I also plan to play basketball and other actitivities during this time.

I might alternate though, if I actually get into boxing. Then I'd be alternating between boxing training and the gym above everyday.
