Most benefit HIIT or Jogging

I want to burn fat as much as I can I alternate days with Cardo & Weights. I started doing HIITS but I am wondering HIITS for 30 min on the treadmill vs jogging for 30 min . Which will burn benefit most for burning fat and what is the difference if any between the two?

I meabt to add the jogging would also be done on the treadmill.
 
HIIT will create a better fat burning potential over steady state cardio any day. HIIT revolves around high intensity all out running and slow steady jogging intervals.
