Morning Exercise Reduces Abdominal Fat and Blood Pressure in Women

Without having read I'm going to guess that if the study design is solid the difference is going to be so small it isn't clinically relevant even if it was significant.
 
Wow, this research is really interesting! It’s great to learn that morning exercise helps women reduce abdominal fat and manage blood pressure more effectively. I guess the timing of a workout can be just as important as the workout itself. I’m thinking of experimenting with both morning and evening sessions to see which time gives me the best results.
