I used to post here very often about a year ago, when I was wanting the 6 pack, and all that other good stuff. Just recently I see one of my old highschool buddies, for the first time in about 3 years. First thing he said to me was "Damn Brian, you've gotton big, (and jokingly asked) you turnin into a body builder?" And I went on saying I just worked out and stuff occassionaly, and he replied "I can tell, you look built". So I got to thinking, the only reason I stopped working out was because I wasnt noticing results, and i was getting very discouraged. Over the last year or so, some of my old friends that I've ran into, have all complimented me saying Ive gotton bigger, and stuff like that, but it was the other night that really got me motivated to get back into the swing of things.
My Goal('s): 6 Pack - Who doesnt share that same goal tho.
Biceps Bigger, Forearms bigger, and most of all TRICEPS BIGGER.
The only help I need is what I need to buy from the grocery store, and some sort of meal plan laid out that I can do on a daily basis, I work alot, so I dont have alot of time to cook and prepare full course meals. I always have access to a microwave tho, whenever I'm at work so if theres anything microwaveable , feel free to add.
Right now my weight varies from about 178-184, 5'7-8". Right now I dont have acess to weights, that should change here in a month or so, when I get caught up on my bills, and have some money to spend to start going back to the gym. Basically Im just asking for some basic workout plans, that dont require weights, I ovbiously will start doing pushups, those are always beneficial, and try and cut out pop. But, thanks for any help, very much appriciated
