More fat to loose or Loose Skin.

First off, Let me tell you I have come a long way. About a year and a half ago, I weighed 350. I am down to 210. I am doing some light weight training now. I knowView attachment 4856View attachment 4857 that I am always going to have excess skin because of all the fat I lost. Being a 22 male and being made fun of all my life, I can live with extra skin :cheeky:. I am just trying to decide if I need to loose more weight. Being I am 6ft 6. I have inclosed a picture of myself pinching my skin. You tell me. I think there is still a good bit of weight too loose. Any advice.

You'd be best off working out your BMI and seeing if you are overweight. Then go to your doctor, see if you can get the excess skin removed or at least someone give you an estimate on what it weighs. Then subtract that from your weight and find your new BMI, see if you are still overweight.

If your overweight, you need to lose weight simple as, but its impossible to tell if you have the excess skin in the way.
