First off, Let me tell you I have come a long way. About a year and a half ago, I weighed 350. I am down to 210. I am doing some light weight training now. I knowView attachment 4856View attachment 4857 that I am always going to have excess skin because of all the fat I lost. Being a 22 male and being made fun of all my life, I can live with extra skin :cheeky:. I am just trying to decide if I need to loose more weight. Being I am 6ft 6. I have inclosed a picture of myself pinching my skin. You tell me. I think there is still a good bit of weight too loose. Any advice.
