Ok, so i've been lifting since 8th grade(now a sophmore in highschool) but never really knew what the hell i was doing until now. I think since all i used to do, basically, when i was younger was bench. Because of that, i have really big pecs, but i think they're misproportionant to my body. Seriouslly, it looks like two baseballs are in my chest(not that dramatic, but you get the point). Is there any way for me to reduce the size of my pecs without stopping lifting in that area?. Should i do a lot more back excercises, and lay off flat bench, but instead, use different variations? I would take a picture and post it, but i don't have a camera and i don't have anything to load it onto the computer.
