Moobs

Hey guys, basically over the past 6-7 months i've been on a 'gap year' inbetween school and uni. Basically during this time i have sat on my ass and done absolutely nothing and now im starting to see to consequences. This time last year i was active, played football, went to school etc and was around 150lbs. Now i do next to nothing and am floating between 165-170lbs. I dont know if this is a significant increase or whatever since iv never dieted in my life and eat whatever i want when i want, but now i gotta get myself back to my old shape because people are starting to notice and point out how much weight iv put on and its a real confidence killer..+ i feel like shit.

Whenever i eat even a little bit now my weight seems to go up by 2-3lbs, then goes down about 2lbs the next day, but its steadily increasing..i can remember like yesterday the panic when i reached 160. I dont need to lose alot from my stomach area, i dont think thats been overly affected, iv still got the brief outline of what was there before, but im starting to develop a series set of man boobs. These are the worst and basically why im here, i dont need advice on losing weight necessarily, because i dont mind hitting the gym and eating better for awhile, what i need is advice on how to lose chest weight as quickly as possible.

My goal is to get back to around 155lbs but most importantly i gotta lose these moobs first and foremost, so any advice on how to lose chest/upperbody/boob weight would be really appreciated as i am a complete novice.

Also i forgot, incase it helps im around 5'10
