Hello. I am 18 year old male and when I was 15 weigh around 110kg, then I had the motivation to loose the weight, so I joined up a gym, stopped eating sweets, junky food etc.. I've lost 40kg in roughly 1 year, I was happy with the results. Though after achieving the result, I started to gain weight as I was working etc. Currently I weigh 90kg and I got a question. Will my men boobs disappear after loosing 20kg and shaping them up with the excercises. My nutrution is good, as I am vegitarian, and I eat loads of vitamins and minerals avoiding the fats, and I also do cardio ONLY 2 hours a day. Morning and afternoon. There is really no way to say what amount of weight loss will result in the reduction of "man boobs" - everyone responds differently to weight loss. It really seems that you're lacking strength training. I would suggest adding a full-body workout 3 days per week. If you only do cardio, you will lose muscle mass along with fat, which is detrimental to your resting metabolism as well as your body shape and muscle definition.
