...but yesterday i went for a bike ride (before school....gasp!) and today i spent four hours bent over staining a deck. and i didn't plan on running until i took a look at my before photo that i was going to post here....egads!
so now i plan on hobbling along for at least a half hour jog tonight (broken toe).
i eased up on myself a little bit, but then i realized this is how i always fail. i cave into ice cream at the end of a long day of eating as healthful as possible. (i eat a modified sonoma/mediterranean diet). i plan to run in the morning, then i sleep in instead. ugh.
so, i'm really committing myself this time, and i think i've done a pretty good job this week. i think i just need to plan out what i'm going to eat, so that i'm not ravenous at lunch and just swing by subway, rather than make it the rest of the way home to eat something lean.
anyways. before photo is attached.

cw: 136 (been here for about 2 years)
gw: 120 (or a reduction in inches & fat)
current measurements:
height: 5 foot 8
bust: 35in
waist:26.5in
hips (ah this where i run into trouble): 39in
thighs (boom boom): 22.25in
calves: 13.5in
upper arms: 10in
i'm measure my forearms but i am the proud owner of a pair of monkey-thin forearms.
ha.
anyways, any suggestions are appreciated regarding diet/exercise or how to quickly burn fat without giving up a moderate amount of good carbs (whole grains, fruit, beans) or introducing anything sugar free. i'd rather be fat than poisoned with sucralose.
