Hello! I am a fairly new mom. I have a 9 month old. I have been attempting to loose weight since my son was born.. literally. I am 5'10 and pre baby weighed 140lbs. I got to 160lbs while pregnant.. now I am 173lbs. I am breastfeeding exclusively and I have a hard time controlling my appetite. I would like to get to 155lbs. Possibly down to the 140s but for now my goal is at least 155. I really have no clue what I am doing wrong. I walk 1-2 miles a day and do julian michaels 3 times a week. I eat fairly healthy but I am ALWAYS hungry and exhausted. Everyone in my day to day life blames the baby or tells me I need to have weight on me while nursing but I know better. Hoping to find some support and see what is working for others.

Hello and welcome to the forum. trust me you have come to the right place. For your hunger problem i can give you a great advice. First of all, make sure you eat no more than 1300 calories aday than you must cut your daily meal into small or few 7 to 8 meals. Do not eat full on a particular time. eat little 8 times a day that you might have eaten 3 times. this simply works great.
