"Moin" is what we say for Goog morning, Hi, Good evening, etc. It works any tme of day and night.

I am a 26 year old English undergraduate who gained 30kg extra over the course of a year or two due to streess, depression and poor choices.

Now I am pracically addicted to fat and sugar. I dd not exercise for a full year. And I feel fat and ugly.


So I do hope two use the next 2 years to
- get fitter
- loose 30kg
- loose 2 sizes (from 40 to 36/38 at shoulders)
- control my eating habits and have fun eating instead of stuffing y face


Maybe a diet buddy with smular goals would be really cool.

I don't have a great plan yet.

Fitness
I visit a HIT course 3 times a week with 30 mins of lots of Tabatha focusing on the wole body.
Also I have to move more throughout the day. I have become very lazy.

Nutrition
Oh yeahh. The big problem. I am not very creative and though not a vegan don't eat many animal products. I only eatt meat maybe 1-2 times a week. Eggs maybe once a week as an ingredient and dairy in an occasional yoghurt, cerial bowl or in the form of cheese.
Still I struggle with the 5 a day (I also do not really enjoy most fruit) and feel satisfied with my food.
My biggest problem are sweets and it does not really work to not buy them. I will break at some point and run to the store demolishing a pack of crisps, popcorn and choclate in only 30 minutes without even gegtting any oy from it.

So I should probably find easy ways to eat more veggies and strategies to avoid the senseless snacking.
