MMA/Bag work(fighting) questions, need some advice

I have a bag in my basement and work out with it frequently. Except I have two minor problems.

1.After I get done hitting the bag for 8 or so rounds my hands shake a lot. It's like I have something wrong with me for about 15 mins after I get done. It's now 25 mins after I got done and I am hitting backspace quite often during this and my other message because my hands kind of shaek and are not steady. Is this normal? Anyway to prevent it?

2.I use my elbows and incorproate minor muay thai into my work. Whenver I do a left jab, right punch, left eblow, then spin around with a back right eblow move and hit the bag with my back right elbow I get a pain in it if I do it to hard. Which leads me to believe I am either not doing it right or I have a hurt elbow. What part of my elbow should I be making contact with the bag with when I spin around and hit it?

I'm not too sure how you're punching or whatever, but make sure you concentrate on your punching technique, and if you are punching correctly and it still hurts, you could always go Old School Bas Rutten and punch with your palm. Your reach isn't as far, but you might not hurt your hand and might get more power out of it.

And I have noooo idea about the elbows. Sorry :confused:
